The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR, through the Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2025 intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (2,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 2.4 UTILITY VAN DSL SUPER WHITE II Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
