Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 215 UNITS GRASSCUTTER UNDER QUICK RESPONSE FUND (QRF) TYPHOON AGHON CY 2024 CONTINUING FUND

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA through the Quick Response Fund (QRF) CY 2024 continuing fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 4,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 215 units Grasscutter under Quick Response Fund (QRF) Typhoon Aghon CY 2024 continuing fund with Project Identification No.: ITB-2025-01-074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
