THE PROCUREMENT OF 208.7 METRIC TONS PROPELLANT POWDER
FOR THE GOVERNMENT ARSENAL
(Project Nr: DND/GA-PP-MYCA-2025)
1) The Department of National Defense/Government Arsenal (DND/GA), through the General Appropriations Act and DBM-Approved Multi Year Contractual Authority for FY 2024 (MYCA-BMB-D-24-0000042) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ELEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (PhP511,808,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 208.7 Metric Tons Propellant Powder (DND/GA-PP-MYCA-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each year shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
