Description : The Municipal Government of Hadji Muhtamad, through the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF), intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Two (2) Units Mini Dump Truck. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The Municipality now invites PhilGEPS-registered suppliers/dealers to submit bids. The project covers the supply and delivery of two (2) units mini dump trucks in accordance with the specifications provided in the Bidding Documents.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding, using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion under the 2024 Revised IRR of RA 9184.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 5, 2025, 10:00 AM at the Municipal Hall, Brgy. Tausan, Hadji Muhtamad, Basilan.

Submission and opening of bids will be on December 17, 2025, 12:00 NN, at the same venue. Late bids shall not be accepted.

Bidding Documents may be acquired from the BAC Office upon payment of the applicable fee as prescribed in GPPB guidelines.
