1.The Local Government Unit of Lapuyan, through the Landbank Loan Proceeds intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 26,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 2-units Brand New Medical Ambulance and 2-units Brand New 4000L Stainless Steel Tank Fire Truck of the Municipality of Lapuyan (LOT 2-Service Vehicles).

2.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
