Description : The Philippine Port Authority, PMO - Zamboanga del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites suppliers to submit quotation for the Shopping of PROCUREMENT OF 1ST QUARTER OFFICE SUPPLIES CY 2025 in accordance with Section 52.1b of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.

The quotations that exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Thirty--One Thousand Eight Hundred Six Pesos only (Php 131,806.00) will be automatically rejected during the opening of price quotation, in accordance with Section 30.2 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

In this regard, prospective bidders shall submit sealed bid envelope together with the following documents:

1. Invitation (duly received): for Bonafide Suppliers or
Request for Quotation (PhilGEPS copy): for Walk-in Suppliers;
2. Bid Proposal (see attached form);
3. Detailed Cost of Items (see attached form);
4. PhilGEPS Registration of Suppliers; and
5. Business Permit.
