PROCUREMENT OF 1,973 HILLS ASSORTED FRUIT TREES FOR THE COMMUNITY WATERSHED MANAGEMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LANUZA, SURIGAO DEL SUR

1. The Local Government of Lanuza, Surigao del Sur through the Peace and Order Program (Sustained Ecology) to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Five Pesos Only (P 167,705.00) to be appropriated for payment, under the contract for the “Procurement of 1,973 Hills Assorted Fruit Trees for the Community Watershed Management of the Municipality of Lanuza, Surigao Del Sur” (Project ID.LGU- Lanuza - 2024-12-046) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
