1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-SEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php37, 800,000.00) being the Approved Budget For Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Procurement of 18,000 SACKS (WELL-MILLED 160) RICE to be used for Related Disaster Preparedness and Response Program, Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) among others for 2nd Semester of CY 2022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
