FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 167 UNITS OF BRAND NEW AND BRANDED DESKTOP COMPUTER SET

1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 7,925,820.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 167 Units of Brand New and Branded Desktop Computer Set. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of 167 Units of Brand New and Branded Desktop Computer Set. Delivery of the goods/services is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
