Procurement of 16 units 4WD Farm Tractor (50HP) (Standard Light Medium Tractor)

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the Rice Program Continuing Funds CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (Php40,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 16 units 4WD Farm Tractor (50HP) (Standard Light Medium Tractor). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days after the receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
