The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to undertake the “Procurement of 150 Pieces of Raincoats” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (PhP294,100.00) thru Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
