Description : The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites all suppliers to submit their quotations for the “Procurement of 15 units of Portable printers for the Office of the President-Presidential Management Staff (OP-PMS) for 2025” with an Approved Budget of the Contract amounting to Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (PhP416,000.00).
In accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, please quote your best
offer for the item/s described herein, subject to the attached Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation. Submit your proposal, duly signed by your authorized representatives, not later than 25 April 2025 at 12:00 PM via email at bac@pms.gov.ph.
Quotations/Proposals shall be in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications /Terms of Reference.
Interested suppliers shall also submit the following documents along with the proposal on or before the above specified deadline of submission and receipt of proposal:
