INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF 10,714 LITERS OF DIESOLINE FOR DESILTING OF WATER BODIES TO PROTECT IDENTIFIED WATERSHED AREAS

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGUMBAYAN, through the 5% MDRRMF 2025 - DESILTING OF WATER BODIES (DESILTING AND DREDGING EXPENSES) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (P 749,980.00). being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 10,714 LITERS OF DIESOLINE FOR DESILTING OF WATER BODIES TO PROTECT IDENTIFIED WATERSHED AREAS. [2025-346]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
