1. The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, through the CONTINUING APPROPRIATION FOR TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT intends to apply the sum of Seven hundred thousand pesos only (Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Unit of Van for Catching Stray Animals & Multi-Purpose Transport Vehicle for Agricultural Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-LILA, now invites PRIMARY SUPPLIERS bids for the Procurement of 1 Unit of Van for Catching Stray Animals & Multi-Purpose Transport Vehicle for Agricultural Services.
