Description : The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management (MDRRM)-70% Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos being the ABC to payments under the contract for identification number/solicitation number 117-983-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. See attached technical specifications.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Bids and Awards Committee Office on or before March 13, 2025, 9:00 am at the Bids and Awards Committee Office. Late bids shall not be accepted.
