The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Goods for the PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT DRUM CARBONIZER AND 1 UNIT MANUAL BRIQUETTOR with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Pesos (Php. 233,000.00).

The procurement will be undertaken through Negotiated Procurement (2 Failed Biddings) in accordance with Section 53 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope not later than 1:30 PM of October 15, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Luba, Abra.

The Local Government Unit of Luba reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
