I. DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE
Input Capacity: 150 kg/hr, minimum
Prime mover: as per manufacturer standard
Hulling Mechanism: Steel Huller or Rubber Roll Huller
Hulling Recovery, %, minimum:
Dried parchment coffee: 80%
Dried coffee cherry: 40%
Hulling Efficiency: 95%, minimum
Purity: 97%, minimum
Mechanically damaged bean: maximum, 10%

II. SAFETY
Noise Level should be maximum of 90 dB (A) for 8-hours continuous operation. If exceeded, an earmuff must be provided for each unit.
