The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php35,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract Procurement of 1 Unit BRAND NEW DREDGING MACHINE - LONG REACH AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR for the Use of Provincial Engineer's Office, intended for dredging and desilting of rivers province wide. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
