The Metro Siquijor Water District (MSWD) through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) will be undertaking the procurement of the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Procurement of (1) 1 unit 5hp Franklin submersible motor 230 volts, single phase @ 3,450 rpm (2) 1 unit #2" dia Sanitary Seal/Discharge Plate: Item 1 - for replacement @ Caipilan pumping station, Item 2 - for the new pumping station @Polangyuta, Siquijor, Siquijor

Approved Budget for the Contract: P70,000.00

Delivery Period: 15 days. (Delivery will be @ MSWD stockyard. Cost of delivery of materials will beshouldered by the supplier).

Source of Funds: Internal Corporate Funds

Request for Quotation willl be distributed through shoppping and will be in accordance with the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184.
