Description : SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT-

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Marugang SK, Concepcion Misamis Occidental through the Supplemental budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php. 100,000.00 being the ABC to payments of the PROCUREMENT OF SOUND SYSTEM (1 set) with Project Identification No. MARUGANG SK 2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The procurement of the project will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT an Alternative Method of Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184
