The City Government of Butuan, through the Continuing Appropriation2024intendsto apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos Only(P 9,790,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Package Consultancy Services for the Design of Command Center and Data Center Systems for Butuan City under P.R No. 1475-2025-OCM-Provision for Priority Development Projects.
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
