Procurement of 1 Motor Vehicle (Delivery Truck)

1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), under 2025 GMS (Current Fund), intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos One Million, Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 (Php1,500,000.00).

2. The DepEd, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) IV, now invites bids for the goods and services contemplated in this project.

3. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”, including Annex “H” thereof.
