1. The Cebu Normal University, through the Special Trust Fund (STF) 2025 and National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php622,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Subscription to Online Philippine Law Collection & Subscription to Local Laws Jurisprudence Collection with Bid No. 24-12-375 & 24-12-376. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) days Upon Receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
