1. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund for the 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of 1 Lot Sleeping Matts and Blankets for emergency response during disaster - 1st Posting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
