The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Peso(S) (Php 199,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Medical Supplies (TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND FIRST AID KITS FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND DURING DISASTER.) /26-0318.

Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
