The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Peso(S) (Php 149,995.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Medical Supplies (DENTAL & LABORATORY USE) /26-0288.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
