Blower System Upgrade
-Remove the existing centrifugal blower system.
-Supply and install a new blower with lower capacity to optimize efficiency & performance of the negative pressure system.
Ceiling Removal
-Dismantle the existing ceiling in areas affected by the duct insulation works.
-This is to allow proper access and ensure insulation effectiveness, especially in zones where cold air from air conditioning creates condensation.
Duct Leakage Sealing
-Inspect all existing ducting for air leakage points.
-Seal all identified leakages using appropriate dust sealing materials.
