1. Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of Irradiator Model: FTS F500 Irradiator SN: S# 0104

- Scope of Service
A. One Time preventive maintenance
B. Maintenance to be performed on F500 irradiator & GCS Track.
C. Technical Services to be performed at the PNRI facility in Manila, Philippines.
D. One Time inspection and preventive maintenance to be performed.
E. The system is to be dismantled, cleaned, and reassembled as necessary. All electrical contacts are to be inspected and cleaned as necessary.
F. The electrical system is to be inspected, adjustments made as necessary, and lights replaced as necessary.
G. Full safety interlock inspection and testing to be included.
H. A full inspection of the system with all necessary adjustments.
I. Parts replacement if necessary.
J. Provide service within PNRI Guidelines of Quantities of concern regulations.
K. Adjustment of parameters
L. Calibration and test run of the unit.
