The DEPED, Schools Division of Sorsogon City, through the DPRP Sub-ARO No. 049, RA 11975 - FY 2024 GAA, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty Five Thousand pesos (Php825,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fire Fighting Equipment with identification number 011-24-GOODS-DPRP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
