The Office of the Barangay San Pedro of Tapaz intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and 99/100 Only (99,999.99) .00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Works for the supply and Installation of 3 unit solar street light of Brgy. San Pedro, Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 2025 20-I Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay San Pedro of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order.
