Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE SINGLE-PHASE VOLTAGE AND CURRENT SOURCE EQUIPMENT

1) The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION (ERC), through the Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year (F.Y.) 20254, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP5,304,500.00), inclusive of all government taxes, and other fees and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Portable Single-Phase Voltage and Current Source Equipment, Lot No. 2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ERC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be made within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) at the following location: 1. Consumer Affairs Service - Meter Division (CAS-MD) at Exquadra Tower, 1 Jade Drive cor. Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City; 2.
