2026 Various Laboratory Equipment
(Early Procurement Activity)

1. The Environmental Management Bureau - Cordillera Administrative Region (EMB-CAR), through the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P10,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 2026 Various Laboratory Equipment (Early Procurement Activity) / Contract No. ________ . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The EMB-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
