FOR THE PURCHASE OF 7,644 PCS PEAR SHAPED HAM FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAM

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Supplies & Materials Expenses-Office of the City Mayor intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT (PhP1,735,188.00) (BC# 63; Ref. No. 25-115) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 115-HAM-MO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the purchase of 7,644 pcs Pear Shaped Ham for Poverty Alleviation Program. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
