Description : INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL GAS SYSTEM OF VALHEALTH AMBULATORY AND SURGICAL CENTER

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical Equipment S.B. No. 2, 2024 LBP Loan TL#65 GSO intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN MILLION (Php18,000,000.00) (BC# 61; Ref. No. 25-111) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 110-MEDICAL GAS LINE SYSTEM/VALHEALTH-GSO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Design, Supply, & Installation of Medical Gas System of ValHealth Ambulatory & Surgical Center. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 150 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
