The City Government of Valenzuela, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites interested suppliers, to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder listed project to wit:

Project Name : Bio-medical waste disposal for VCEH
Project Description : Disposal of Bio-medical waste of various Quarantine Facilities & Hospital for 2022
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 4,999,999.20 (BC# 84; Ref. No. 21-151)
Start of Contract Period : Until December 31, 2022 on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order
NOTE: BY ORDERING AGREEMENT

Registered prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar single project within the last two (2) years with amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding for non expendable supplies and 25% for expendable supplies, in case applicable. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post Qualification of the lowest calculated responsive bid shall be conducted.
