Description : INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OF 19 UNITS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY PACKAGE FOR THE USE OF VALENZUELA CITY HEALTH CENTERS

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Maint. & Operating Expenses-Information & Comm. Tech. Office intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY AND FOUR TENTHS (PhP2,142,470.40) (BC# 51; Ref. No. 25-098) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 097-SUBSCRIPTION SATISFACTION SURVEY PACKAGE-ICTO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the subscription of 19 units of Customer Satisfaction Survey Package for the use of Valenzuela City Health Centers. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
