FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS CHEMISTRY REAGENT FOR VALENZUELA CITY CLINICAL LABORATORY

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical, Dental & Lab. Supplies Exp.-City Health Office intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR (PhP4,805,574.00) (BC# 48; Ref. No. 25-086) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 085-CHEMISTRY REAGENT-CHO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the purchase of various chemistry reagent for Valenzuela City Clinical Laboratory. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Below are the delivery schedule:
1st delivery within 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed
2nd delivery after 10 calendar days from the 1st delivery
3rd delivery after 10 calendar days from the 2nd delivery
4th delivery after 10 calendar days from the 3rd delivery
