FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT PLATELET AGITATOR & 1 UNIT BLOOD BANK FREEZER WITH AVR FOR VCEH LABORATORY BLOOD BANK STATION

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical Equipment S.B. No. 2, 2024, LBP Loan, TL No. 65-General Services Office intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE AND SIX TENTHS (PhP1,206,665.60) (BC# 45; Ref. No. 25-080) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 080-PLATELET AGITATOR/BLOOD BANK FREEZER-VCEH-GSO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the purchase of 1 unit platelet agitator and 1 unit blood bank freezer with avr for VCEH Laboratory Blood Bank Station. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
