Description : INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, AND INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ADDRESS AND BACKGROUND MUSIC SYSTEM (PABGM) WITH VOICE EVACUATION MESSAGE SYSTEM OF VALHEALTH AMBULATORY AND SURGICAL CENTER

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Property, Plant & Equipment S.B. No. 2, 2024, LBP Loan, TL No. 65 GSO intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FORTY-SIX AND NINE HUNDREDTHS (PhP1,727,046.09) (BC# 44; Ref. No. 25-078) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 078-PUBLIC ADDRESS/BACKGROUND MUSIC SYSTEM-VALHEALTH-GSO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Design, Supply, and Installation of Public Address and Background Music System (PABGM) with Voice Evacuation Message System of ValHealth Ambulatory and Surgical Center.
