1. In view of three-failed bidding conducted for the project, the City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Property, Plant & Equipment S.B. No. 2, 2024, LBP Loan, TL# 65 GSO intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (PhP5,540,000.00) (BC# 27; Ref. No. 25-052) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 054-ESCALATOR-VALHEALTH-GSO-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
