PROCUREMENT OF 175,800 PACKS OF RICE (10 KG PER PACK) FOR INDIGENT CONSTITUENTS

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the LGSF-Financial Assistance c/o Accounting Office intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND (PhP108,996,000.00) (BC# 32; Ref. No. 26-038) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 040-RICE-LGSF-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of 175,800 packs of Rice (10 kg per pack) for Indigent Constituents. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
