PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR THE HAULING, TRANSPORT, AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE OF VALENZUELA CITY
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Environment/Sanitary Services-Hauling Public Sanitation and Cleanliness Office intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND TWENTY-NINE HUNDREDTHS (PhP106,363,636.29) (BC# 11; Ref. No. 26-013) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 020-SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL-PSCO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of services for the hauling, transport, and disposal of solid waste of Valenzuela City. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Start of services from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Contract Duration is from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
