PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF ROADS & DRAINAGES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR YR 2026
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Repair & Maintenance of Road Networks-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE (PhP10,052,375.00) (BC# 10; Ref. No. 26-011) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 017-VARIOUS MATLS R&M RD/DR-CEO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the purchase of various materials for the repair & maintenance of roads & drainages under framework agreement for yr 2026. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
