FOR THE PRINTING OF 22,000 PCS BUSINESS PLATES FOR BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSE OFFICE

1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Accountable Forms Expenses-Business Permit & License Office 2026 Appropriations intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND (PhP6,600,000.00) (BC# 74; Ref. No. 25-137) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 003-BUSINESS PLATE-BPLO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the printing of 22,000 pcs business plates for business permit and license office. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
