Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY (PSA) SERVICES FOR FY 2026

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Forty-One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱41,686,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY (PSA) SERVICES with Bid Reference No. 2025-50. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the services is required within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
