- The activity aims to identify the three priority ports for preliminary feasibility assessments, designs and cost estimation based on which a financing strategy is to be developed. The activity will also carry out stakeholder consultations, assessment of potential environment and social impacts, and prepare a development plan for the priority ports in alignment with the Department of Transportation's (DOTr) broader goals.
