Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

DEPED Gat Andres Bonifacio Elementary School through its Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) intents to undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Printing of test papers for the Elementary Pupils SY 2024-2025 in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184. The details of this project are as follows:

Interested Supplier are required to submit their valid Mayor's Business Permit, BIR Certificate of Registration, and Duly Signed Price Quotation (Annex "A)
