Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PRINTING OF TARPAULINS, FORMS & IEC MATERIALS FOR USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES

1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through its duly approved 2025 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (₱4,786,225.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Printing of Tarpaulins, Forms & IEC Materials for use of Various Offices/939, 1048 & 1094. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing ...
