  PRINTING OF REFERRAL CARDS IN RELATION TO THE RED CROSS-PGT BLOOD PROGRAMS
  
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 720,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Printing of Referral Cards in Relation to The Red Cross - PGT Blood Programs / B-G-2024-033-O. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
