The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Printing, Production, and Packaging of Testing Materials for Administration of the Dynamic Learning Program Assessment (DLPA) 2025 of the 2016 revised Implementing rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
